Sri Lanka Railways introduced a new train service between Kandy & Jaffna for the Christmas holiday season. This train will be running on weekends of December only. Train will depart Kandy on Saturdays at 03:55am & will reach Jaffna at 11.35am on the same day. Train to Kandy will depart on Sundays at noon & will reach Kandy at 07:35pm.
